摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To prevent the deterioration in adhesion property between a ferroelectric resin film and a second electrode by forming this ferroelectric resin film on the upper part of a first electrode and forming the second electrode dispersely contg. conductive particulates in a binder resin on its surface. CONSTITUTION: A translucent glass substrate is used as a substrate 1 and an ITO(indium tin oxide) thin film is used as the first electrode 3. A copolymer of a vinylidene fluoride and trifluoroethylene is used as the ferroelectric resin film 5. The second electrode 6 contains about 5Ovol.% conductive particulates 11 consisting of the ITO particulates and is formed of a polyvinyl butyral resin or binder resin 12. The second electrode 6 is formed by adjusting the viscosity with benzyl alcohol and subjecting the surface of the ferroelectric resin film 5 to screen printing, then heating the film. The second electrode 6 and the ferroelectric resin film 5 have eventually sufficient adhesion strength in this constitution.</p>
