PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording and reproducing device with a ring buffer, capable of preventing overwriting a reproduction predestinated place in a time shift reproduction mode. SOLUTION: A reproduction speed is forcedly accelerated when a reproduction position is ahead of a recording position at the present time in the ring buffer and also when a recording speed is faster than a reproducing speed at the present time. |
