PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote diagnostic system which diagnoses the state of industrial equipment from a remote place by connecting a portable communication terminal device to the industrial equipment, etc., and can accurately diagnose the equipment at a low cost in a short time. SOLUTION: This system comprises the equipment to be diagnosed and a service center which is connected to the equipment to be diagnosed through a communication line; and the equipment to be diagnosed has an information acquiring means which acquires its diagnostic information and a transmitting means which sends the obtained information to the service center, which has a receiving means for receiving the diagnostic information sent from the diagnosed equipment and an information storage means for storing the received diagnostic information in a database, so that the equipment can accurately be diagnosed at a low cost in a short time. |
