PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot line insertion/removal device that can constitute a power source in a package plane, downsize a circuit for preventing inrush current and easily package parts. SOLUTION: The hot line insertion/removal device whose insertion/removal is executed for hot lines regarding a backplane of a system in operation has an inrush current protection circuit 3 disposed, for restraining the inrush current passing through a power supply stabilization capacitor 2, in a charging line, for the power supply stabilization capacitor 2, that is bifurcated from a voltage plane. |
