PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data receiver and a data receiving method capable of normally receiving data even in a situation that an error between a bit cycle and a sampling cycle is generated. SOLUTION: When Tcsu≈Tcd and Tcsu>Tcd, and the reception data of a bit string 01110 are successively sampled in sampling time Ts21, Ts22, Ts23, and Ts24, non-sampling bits are generated, and a sampling bit string 0110 is obtained. In this case, the sampling time Ts21 and a leading edge time Tr of the reception data and the sampling time Ts24 and a leading edge time Tf of the reception data are respectively made adjacent to each other, and time differences Tg and Ti of those are turned into a value close to 0. Then, a certain threshold Tth is set, and when Tth>Tg+Ti, it is judged that non- sampling is generated, and the sampling bit string is corrected. |
