PURPOSE: A purchase fee paying method using a radio communication terminal is provided to ensure a simple and rapid system installation according to an electronic settlement and construct a stable infra by paying a fee of goods and service by using a radio communication terminal with a universal identity module(UIM) card inserted therein. CONSTITUTION: A purchaser purchases goods from a store and inputs a particular number, a settlement method and a settlement amount through his/her radio communication terminal. Then, the his/her authentication information along with the inputted information is electrically signed/coded and transmitted to a cyber bank server through an Internet network(31). The cyber bank server checks the content of the authentication bill, settlement method and settlement amount through the settlement request information transmitted from the purchaser radio communication terminal and performs a settlement(32). The cyber bank server pays the settled amount into a deposit account DB linked to the first seller radio communication terminal(33). The information on the amount paid in the deposit account DB is transmitted as a settlement confirmation information from the cyber bank server to the seller radio communication terminal(34). The cyber bank server transmits the settlement confirmation information to the first seller radio communication terminal(35).
