PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for controlling a track record on labor capable of realizing the setting of an appropriate conditions for employment at a low cost in a short time. SOLUTION: This labor track record control system comprises a server system 10 for storing the information on labor track record of employees and client systems 30, 40, and 50 allowing the stored information on labor track record to be available from the server system through a network 20. Each of the client systems 30, 40, and 50 comprise an individual identification device 31. The information on labor track record of the employees is recorded by using the individual identification devices 31, and the information on the labor track record of the employees created based on the information on labor track record is registered in the server system 10 through the network 20. |
