PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a mobile phone terminal system that allows a possessor to bear in mind keeping good manners for the use of a mobile wireless terminal. SOLUTION: Contents written in an EEP-ROM 116 by using a jig (not shown) from a connector 116 are different for respective cases of a user making a contract of observing manners in public traffic facilities and a user not making the contract when the user purchases the mobile wireless terminal, and a speech charge system differs between them. When the user makes contract of observing manners, the charge is discounted and on the other hand, when the user does not make the contract, an alarm tone is outputted from a beep horn 112 or a speaker 113 and a line is interrupted as penalties. Or the system leads users to observe manners through the penalties as above independently of the contract. |
