METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SUBSTITUTE FUEL FOR COREX PROCESS USING PVC-CONTAINING WASTE PLASTICS

PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing a substitute fuel for Corex process using PVC-containing waste plastics is provided. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of (i) the mixing stage of PVC-containing waste plastics and coke powder or coal in a weight ratio of 15:85 to 90:10; (ii) the dechlorination stage of the mixture in the temperature of 330 to 400deg.C; and (iii) the pelletization stage of the mixture into 10 to 60mm.
