PURPOSE: A constancy power supply cut-off system of vehicle and heavy equipment is provided to control power supply through a timer relay in a circuit of receiving battery constancy power supply even under the condition that a start switch is off. CONSTITUTION: A constancy power supply cut-off system of vehicle and heavy equipment includes a start switch(3), a timer relay(4), and a switching relay(5). The start switch decides power supply is performed to each constituent element of vehicle and heavy equipment, and gives the followed signal. The timer relay checks the signal generated when the start switch is not off and cuts off transmission of supply power if the signal is not given for the predetermined time. The switching relay performs or cuts off battery constancy power supply to constituent elements operated by battery constancy power source of vehicle and heavy equipment depending on the supply of power source through the timer relay.
