<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-chromium coated steel plate having excellent corrosion resistance at flat parts, even at flawed parts of coating films or cut end face parts, etc., letting alone excellent film adhesion. SOLUTION: The non-chromium coated steel plate comprises a galvanized layer containing Al: 4 to 22%, mg: 1 to 4%, Ti: 0 to 0.1%, B: 0 to 0.045%, Si: 0 to 0.5%, an organic-inorganic compound film containing a titan compound, a fluorine article, and an organic resin, and a coating film not containing chrome to be successively layered on the surface of the base steel. The titan compound contained in the organic-inorganic compound film is 1 to 100 mg/m2 as a coating weight in terms of titan, and the fluorine article is 1 to 200 mg/m2 as a coating weight in terms of fluorine. The organic-inorganic composite film can further contain a zirconium compound of 0.1 to 30 mg/m2 as a coating weight in terms of zirconium.</p> |
