PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable planned purchase of good quality nursing-care-goods at a lower price regardless of a new article or a recycled article at a user side, and to enable that a stable and adequate profit is ensured in a sales of the nursing-care goods at a trader side. SOLUTION: The new nursing-care-goods (goods) are provided by a system for selling the right of using the new goods with a predetermined time limit. The new goods which have reached the time limit of the right of using the new goods are basically recovered, sterilized, cleaned, performed maintenance (for recycling), and sold as recycled goods by the trader side. Constituent elements are an information storage medium such as a CD-ROM, a server at a management headquarters side, a user side information terminal and a trader (a nursing-care-goods sales trader) side information terminal. |
