PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an innovative sludge crusher capable of solving such a problem that a large amount of sludge is discharged from the factory of a paper manufacturing company every day and the sludge disposal costs a lot of money. SOLUTION: Sludge is carried in from a charging port 4. Sludge lumps are granulated by rotating a screw 3 with a motor 6, and subsequently dehydrated, discharged, and reduced, thereby reducing the running cost to attain economy. Fine granulation of sludge makes the amount of sludge to be reduced at landfill, and this also serves as weight reduction at contract incineration disposal. |
