PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin care preparation having activating effects on the dermal cell, ameliorating wrinkles, dryness, roughness, or the like, of the skin, conditioning a skin texture and effective for treating a chapping, an inflammation and a wound of the skin. SOLUTION: This preparation is prepared by formulating one or more kinds selected from the group consisting of anα-hydroxy acid having growth stimulating actions on fibroblast, a salt thereof and a derivative thereof and mucopolysaccharides having good moisture retaining actions and wound healing actions in combination.
