PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein separate levers for operating an auxiliary gear shift device and a very low speed gear shift device are provided and are difficult to be understood because the operations are complicated. SOLUTION: In a work vehicle having the auxiliary gear shift device 24 and the very low gear shift device 25, a shift lever 10 capable of changing speed by being engaged to an auxiliary gear shift arm 67 for operating the auxiliary gear shift device 24 and a very low speed gear shift arm 68 for operating the very low speed gear shift device 25 is arranged in a maneuvering part 9, and a restraining mechanism 72 is provided between the auxiliary gear shift arm 67 and the very low speed gear shift arm 68 to perform a gear shift operation for only either one of the auxiliary gear shift device 24 and the very low speed gear shift device 25.
