PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and inexpensively construct a highly reliable non-reciprocal circuit element, in which a resin layer is formed on the surface of a metal case. SOLUTION: Each terminal of a central conductor 5 is arranged in a ferrite 4, so as to form a prescribed angle. The ferrite 4, the central conductor 5, a permanent magnet for applying a static magnetic field to the ferrite 4 and the central conductor 5, a resistor R and capacitors C are arranged in a resin case 1 provided with an input/output terminal 7 and ground terminals 8. The resin case 1 is sandwiched above and below by an upper yoke 2 and a lower yoke 3, on the surfaces of which a resin layer made from a thermosetting resin is respectively formed. In this structure, the thermosetting resin is cured at the same time with the thermal demagnetization of the permanent magnet. |
