PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly perform electronic contracts with examination. SOLUTION: A contract brokerage device 2, which performs information processing of brokerage for a party to an electronic contract with examination, is provided. The contract brokerage device 2 receives request information from a contract applicant, and sends information necessary for examination to an examination device 1, which performs information processing for the examination. After receiving an examination result, the contract brokerage device 2 sends an electronic contract to the contract applicant. In addition, the contract brokerage device 2 may also send at least one of data, which are an identity guarantee that identifies the electronic brokerage device 2 and a contents guarantee for detection of falsification of an electronic contract, with the electronic contract to a contract applicant device 3. |
