PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure container which washes chips containing a cellulose organic acid ester or synthetic resin, can recover high purity raw material resin effectively, which is compact, and which has a good operational ability. SOLUTION: This pressure container consists of a vertical cylindrical barrel part whose cross section is a circular shape; a panelboard connected at the upper part of this cylindrical barrel part; and a concave panelboard connected convexly in upward direction at the lower part of this cylindrical barrel part. This pressure cleaning device has the following characteristics: A lid and a washing liquid supply opening from which chips can be thrown in are provided at the panelboard; a chip takeoff is provided at the lower part of this barrel part; a liquid drain panel to cross the barrel part is provided at the lower inner part of the cylindrical barrel part; an agitation blade is provided at the upper part of the liquid drain panel adjacent to the liquid drain panel; and an agitation shaft of the agitation blade is provided penetrating the concave panelboard.
