PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adopt as a drive source a miniaturized motor that can be used as a commercial power source and to constitute the whole deice light and small by a clutch mechanism formed light and small with a simple structure for facilitating handling. SOLUTION: A driving sprocket 25 freely engaged with a drive clutch 21 linked with and integrally rotated by an output shaft of a deceleration mechanism 15 is formed such that a shifter fork 32 is slid by operation of an operating part 39 of an operating means 31 for engaging or disengaging the drive clutch 21 and the drive sprocket 25 with each other. For plural steel spheres 44 rotatally interposed between ring grooves 42, 43 formed on facing concentric circles on a lower face of a turntable 6 mounted on a holding shaft 4 inserted into/held by a top plate part 3 of a frame 2 and on an upper face of the top plate part 3, a pressing force regulating means 47 for regulating a pressing force is mounted on the holding shaft 4.
