PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the terminating structure at a low cost of flat wires, capable of preventing the generation of a leakage current among conductors at the tip sections of the flat wires, in which a plurality of juxtaposed conductors are insulated and covered. SOLUTION: In the flat wires 13, a plurality of the juxtaposed conductors 15 are insulated and covered. Since the tip sections of the flat wires 13 have a terminating structure cut in a stepped shaped, cut surfaces 15a and 15b of each conductor 15 are positioned in zigzag manner, creepage distances on the cut surfaces among the adjacent conductors can be lengthened.
