<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system providing a consumer with accurate and quick nutritional management of one's own by a simple operation without requiring a large-scale device. SOLUTION: This nutritional management system is characterized by that nutritional component information attached to a food container is used as nutritional ingestion data by analyzing and storing the information by a reader comprising a reading device, an ingested nutrition memory, an ingested nutrition arithmetic unit, and a display device, the nutritional ingestion data is used as nutritional management data by inputting it in a nutritional management arithmetic unit having a food data base and a personal database, the nutritional management data is inputted into the reader, and an ideal processed food/ nutritional supplement is selected and inputted into the reader by inputting the nutritional management data into an ideal processed food selecting device having a customer database and a processed food database.</p> |
