Said carriage is joined by means of cross articulation joint assembly with drive unit. On rotation shaft of drive unit tie rod with carriage is radially mounted; said carriage is provided with telescopic rod carrying working tool. Equipment is provided with dials for reading motion values of carriages and rotation angle of shaft of drive unit. Carriage mounted on longitudinal tie rod sets position of tool rotation center; cross articulation joint assembly sets inclination angle of plane of tool rotation relative to lengthwise axis of pipeline.
