PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste treating apparatus for treating waste continuously. SOLUTION: This waste treating apparatus is provided with the first treating tank consisting of a crushing tank for crushing waste and sending the crushed waste pieces to a storage tank and the storage tank for storing the waste pieces sent from the crushing tank and sending the stored waste pieces to the second treating tank while the stored waste pieces are dried, the second treating tank for sterilizing the waste pieces sent from the storage tank and the third treating tank for drying the waste pieces sent from the second treating tank.
