PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing a granule capable of preparing efficiently on a large scale at a low cost from a molten bath having a metal simple substance or a metallic compound of a metallic chloride, a metallic oxide and the like as main constituents, and provide a method for controlling a flow of the granule is provided. SOLUTION: The apparatus for manufacturing a granule is equipped with a trough part 62 for carrying a molten bath of cuprous chloride, a jet nozzle 64 for jetting air against the molten bath dropping from the trough part 62 arranged near a tip part 62a of the trough part 62, and an apparatus body 61 for cooling and recovering the granule wherein the molten bath of cuprous chloride is granulated by jetting air against that. In the apparatus body 61, an exhaust port 76 for exhausting an inside gas, and a fresh-air inlet 71 for controlling an inside gas flow by introducing the air from outside, are formed.
