PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust emission purifying apparatus capable of having its manufacturing cost lowered. SOLUTION: A pressure sensor 24 is provided at a gaseous emission tube 11 at the upstream side of a filter 23. Based on a plurality of results of detected pressures detected by the pressure sensor 24 at delayed timings, it is so arranged to determine whether or not the quantity of particulates accumulated in the filter 23 has passed a tolerable quantity of accumulation.
