PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and accurately manage a work progress at a time when a structure such as a bridge is manufactured. SOLUTION: Process order and linkages among processes are registered while referring to a part table in which required information required for preparing a minimum unit member constituting at least the bridge and a combination member in which the minimum unit member is combined, a production management database, in which the quantity of treatment working from a treatment process is registered regarding each minimum unit member and combination member on the basis of the part table and which has at least a task table as the unit of a work indication, and the task table for the production management database, process plan data are prepared automatically on the basis of the process order and the linkages among the processes and manday data and part data, and work-progress management plan data are transmitted to a process scheduler and a process schedule is prepared. The prepared process schedule is adjusted on the basis of result data displaying a progress state, and a process plan reflecting result data is conducted.
