<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems in conventional outputting and dispatching of notification and announcement documents or the like that the processing work for outputting and dispatching of documents is required in each administra tive organ be cause of the independency of a system of each administrative organ, and a procedure process attached to the dispatching process also requires labor or time for address checking procedure in returning in managing latest names and addresses. SOLUTION: Data such as notification and announcement documents prepared by the system of each administrative organ is received by an outputting and dispatching system or a system of a notification/announcement document managing center, and is managed every individual number. When the latest address is required to be stored to the data, an administrative organ system managed by different local government is specified, the latest address is stored based on managed address managing information, each outputting and dispatching center determined depending on each document or area outputs and dispatches the data.</p> |
