NEW UV CURABLE ANTIMICROBIAL AGENT

PURPOSE: A new antimicrobial agent containing simultaneously both antimicrobial action and UV curable characteristics and capable of being used without solvents is provided. It can solve various problems of conventional addition type antimicrobial agents such as short-lasting microbial activity, side effects on human body and environmental pollution. CONSTITUTION: A coating liquid containing 1 to 10% by weight of an antimicrobial agent containing a compound of formula 1, 30 to 80% by weight of an aliphatic urethanetriacrylate oligomer, 1 to 10% by weight of hydroxypropylacrylate, 1 to 10% by weight of trimethylpropanetriacrylate, 5 to 20% by weight of 1,6-hexanedioldiacrylate, 5 to 20% by weight of tripropylneoglycoldiacrylate and 1 to 5% by weight of a photoinitiator is coated on a matrix surface, and a UV light is radiated.
