SOLUTION: A lot condition including a lot condition in relation to the frontage of a lot is derived by relating road numbers 0501, 0502,... related to land prices of roads 72, 73, 74 and 75 adjacent to the lot to lot information, the correction factor of the score points of the lot is derived on the basis of the lot condition, and the score points of the lot are calculated by using the lot condition, the correction factor and the road prices. |
