PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fault locator capable of selecting suitably either of a zero-phase current division ratio system and an impedance system even in a transmission line system having an arc-suppressing coil. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a ground fault protection relay 67G for detecting one-line ground, a setting switch for selecting beforehand the impedance system or the zero-phase current dividing ratio system, and a fault locating operation part for executing the fault locating operation by either system of the impedance system and the zero-phase current division ratio system corresponding to selection of the setting switch when one-line ground is detected by the ground fault protection relay 67G. |
