METHOD OF MANUFACTURING WIRE FOR WIRE SAW

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a wire for saws, which holds a good wire property even after cutting, without increasing cost and degrading productivity. SOLUTION: The final drawing of drawing of a wire whose final diameter after wire drawing is <=160μm is performed by using two or more dies without providing capstans in between.
