PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for fitting a frame in a mold for continuous casting in which even in the case of developing thermal-deformation of the frame at movable side, this frame can easily be taken out from fixed side. SOLUTION: At the upper and the lower parts on the surface in the fitting side of the movable side frame 4, engaging pins 11, 12 in parallel to short side copper plates 5 and in the horizontal direction are arranged, respectively. At the lower part of the fitting surface of the fixed side frame 3, a lower part engaging groove 21 having a guide part 21a which can guide the lower engaging pin 11 arranged at the lower part of the movable side frame so as to be freely inserted/removed in the vertical direction is formed. Further, at the upper part of the fitting surface of the fixed side frame 3, a semi-circular upper engaging groove 22 so as to be freely engaged/disengaged from the upper direction is formed in the upper engaging pin 12 arranged at the upper part of the movable side frame. Furthermore, the upper and the lower engaging pins 11, 12 are disposed at the position so as to form a prescribed gapδbetween both frames under state of engaging these engaging pins with the upper and the lower engaging grooves 21, 22 in the fixed side frame.
