PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caulking device for a heat exchanger capable of shortening the heat exchanger take-in/take-out distance and the take-in/take-out time, and improving the productivity of the heat exchanger. SOLUTION: A caulking punch of a second side surface caulking unit 4 which folds claw parts arranged on a take-in/take-out side surface part forming a long side of an outer peripheral edge of four sides of a header plate 5 of a radiator 10, and caulks it to a seal part of an upper tank 16 can be moved to a side surface of a first end part caulking unit 1 which folds claw parts arranged on a reference side end part forming a short side of the outer peripheral edge of four sides of the header plate 5 of the radiator 10 and caulks it to the seal part of the upper tank 16, and can completely open a gate for taking in/taking out the radiator 10. The take-in/take-out work of the radiator 10 can be performed from the side surface part side forming the long side of the header plate 5.
