SOLUTION: When the toilet cover 3A is in the closed state, air warmed by the toilet seat 102 ascends toward the inner surface 123 of the toilet cover 3A, but at this time, since the inner surface 123 of the toilet cover 3A is inclined up toward a housing 101, the air flows toward the housing 101 along the inner surface 123 of the toilet cover 3A while being guided by the outer peripheral projecting edge 122 of the toilet cover 3A. However, since a baffle plate 11 of the inner surface 123 of the toilet cover 3A is positioned facing the housing 101, the air warmed by the toilet seat 102 is hindered by the baffle plate 11 from rapidly flowing out of a clearance 130 existing between the toilet cover 3A and the housing 101, and retained between the toilet cover 3A and the toilet seat 102 (a two-dot chain line F1).
