PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change a display position when displaying an image on a monitor by determining the contents of incidental information incidental to the image. SOLUTION: An image processor 21 takes a television signal or an image signal for one frame outputted by an image pickup apparatus 7, into a frame memory synchronously with stroboscopic luminescence. The image processor 21 reads photographed information such as right and left eye information from photographing equipment after photographing and deals with it as incidental information related to the photographed image in the frame memory. The image processor 21 writes the image data in the memory into an image display memory but changes an address on the display memory into which the image data is written, according to the contents of the incidental information. The image data written in the display memory is outputted to a display 26 after digital-to- analog conversion, and an operator can confirm the image.
