PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine particle separator capable of separating fine particles from sewage by a simple structure. SOLUTION: A treatment tank 1 consists of a cylindrical part 2 and the throttled part 3 formed to the lower part of the cylindrical part 2 and sewage supply piping 4 for supply sewage to be treated is connected to the lower part of the cylindrical part 2 and treated water discharge piping 5 for discharging treated water is connected to the upper part of the cylindrical part 2 and a metal net 6 traversing the interior of the cylindrical part 2 is horizontally arranged to the intermediate part of the connection part of the sewage supply piping 4 in the cylindrical part 2 and the connection part of the treated water discharge piping 5 to constitute a fine particle separator.
