PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that in a reclaimed water facility in which bathtub wastewater or rain water is recovered, the quality of the recovered water is improved, the treated water is supplied to various users, and an electrolytic sterilization vessel is installed, a large amount of current is flowed temporarily to damage the electrode plates, when voltage is applied alternately and reversely between a pair of electrode plates to implement electrolytic sterilization, when the polarity of the electrode plates is inverted. SOLUTION: In the reclaimed water facility, the electrolytic sterilization tank in which voltage is applied alternately and reversely to a pair of the electrode plates 57 to implement electrolytic sterilization and discharge means 128 and 130 which discharges electricity by making a short circuit in the electrode plates 57 after the passage of current through the electrode plates 57 is stopped and before the polarity is inverted and installed.
