PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe and inexpensive centrifugal machine which prevents floating up of a rotor with simple constitution and eliminates the work of fixing the rotor to a shaft of the centrifugal machine by means of a screw or the work to fix a rotor cover by means of the screw to the rotor and is excellent in operability. SOLUTION: An air discharge port 10 communicating the inside and outside of a shell 5 forming a top surface aperture is disposed between rubber 6 of a rugged shape disposed at an opening edge 5a in the upper part of the shell 5 and the rotor cover 7. The flank of the shell 5' is provided with an air discharge port 15 communicating the inside and outside of the shell 5'. The rotor cover 7 is provided with an air discharge port 15' communicating the inside and outside of the shell 5.
