PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an accident associated with the defective peeling of a base material from a cooling roll in a lamination method or a lamination apparatus, and improve stability in quality of products. SOLUTION: In a cleaning method or a cleaning apparatus which removes low molecular weight components adherent to the cooling roll of the lamination apparatus, a high-output laser beam source or a flame burner is used as an energy source for removing the components.
