PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic equipment that can properly prevent an unintentional shift to a test mode. SOLUTION: In a power-on reset, a microcomputer 3 determines whether operation keys 2 depressed together with a reset switch 1 are given keys (a plurality of predetermined keys) or not. If finding the given keys depressed, the microcomputer 3 controls a timer 4 to start the counting of a prescribed time. The microcomputer 3 determines the validity of operation keys 2 depressed consecutively in the given time (whether a plurality of keys are depressed in predetermined order or not). If determining the validity of the operation keys 2, the microcomputer 3 switches the mode of operation to a test mode. |
