PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide services meeting the orders of users by using the Internet to introduce the liability for warranty and after-sale services of commodities of a maker to makers in the whole of the country in electronic commerce. SOLUTION: In the complementing system for after-sale services of commodities in electronic commerce, a maker introduce a request for liability for warranty and after-sale services from a user to selling shops and commercial firms through the Internet to follow liability for warranty and after-sale services when the user requests liability for the warranty and after-sale services of a product to the maker through the Internet. |
