PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect a control signal generator for controlling a welding current of an engine driven welding machine and a control signal adjuster with an ordinary AC power extension cord. SOLUTION: The remote controller for engine driven welding machine comprises an engine driven welding machine (A) provided with a control signal generating circuit 2 for controlling a welding current generating circuit 1 and a welding current, and an AC source receptacle 2a connected to the control signal generating circuit 2, an AC source extension cord (B) provided on one end with an AC source plug 3a to be connected to the AC source receptacle connected to the control signal generating circuit 2 provided on the engine driven welding machine, and on the other end with an AC source receptacle 3b, and a control signal adjuster (C) provided with an AC source plug 4a to be connected to an AC source receptacle 3b on the other end of the AC source extension cord and a control signal adjusting means to be connected to the control signal generating circuit 2 provided on the engine driven welding machine through the AC source extension cord.
