PURPOSE: A method for joining radiating fin and pipe for radiator is provided to reduce man-hours and to improve productivity. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises the steps of: a step arranging a plurality of radiating fins(20) with pipe insertion holes(21) having inner diameters slightly larger than outer diameters of pipes(10) and penetrating at appropriate intervals; a step inserting the pipes in the pipe insertion holes of the arranged radiating fins, respectively; a step inserting pipe expanding tips(30) into the inner diameters of the pipes(10); and a step closely attaching the pipes to the inner diameters of the pipe insertion holes in a single process by simultaneously pulling the pipe expanding tips in opposite directions to expand the pipes.
