PURPOSE: An international quiz ARS(Automatic Response System) and service connected to each national communication company is provided to increase public information effect of an international event by connecting a quiz ARS of a sponsorship nation to each national communication company. CONSTITUTION: A quiz ARS(40) has an ARS server(41) for connecting with a sponsorship nation communication company(30), selecting a language generally used in a telephone conversation nation of a participant(10) to interlock a corresponding quiz database, and selecting information necessary for service to transmit selected information to the sponsorship nation communication company(30). The quiz ARS(40) includes a plurality of quiz databases(42) constructed according to each national language for providing a quiz according to each national language to participants(10,11). The quiz ARS(40) has a participant information database(43) for converting selection codes and identification information inputted from the participants(10,11) into data signals and storing the converted data signals. A quiz operation center(50) has a database operation computational system(51) for connecting to the quiz ARS(40) and retrieving and controlling the databases(43,42) of the quiz ARS(40), a lottery computational system(52) for controlling the lottery of participants(10,11) after ending the entry of the quiz, and a monitoring computer(53) for monitoring quiz progress situation.
