PURPOSE: An apparatus for emitting cooling air in an outdoor communication equipment is provided to prevent the degradation of a heat transmission performance by converting the direction of the cooling air which flows in a blast fan and emitting the cooling air to the outside of the communication equipment using a duct. CONSTITUTION: A centrifugal fan(30) converts the direction of cooling air which passes a radiator(23) of a cooling water generating portion(20) and exchanges a high-temperature cooling water with a low-temperature cooling water. A duct(40) accommodates the centrifugal fan(30), and emits the cooling air in which its direction is converted by the centrifugal fan(30) to the outside.
