PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adequately suppress the disturbance of the speed control system for an induction motor. SOLUTION: A control system for variable frequency power supply system takes the difference between a command value Vd* to a converter and the result obtained by operating the reverse model 29 of the converter with a detected converter output voltage V. It is then subjected to the action of a transfer function 28 for compensating disturbance which is introduced from an AC power supply into the speed control system for an induction motor, thus producing a compensation output ΔVd. A circuit 27 compensates the command value Vd* based on the compensation output ΔVd, and a gate pulse for the converter is generated based on the output from the compensation circuit 27 thus regulating the output voltage V from the converter and suppressing the disturbance. |
