PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-finder-screen display device which can be made small-sized and low-cost and has a selective display function for multi-division automatic focusing. SOLUTION: The display device has a finder optical system which images subject light passed through a photography optical system as a subject image on a focus plate 2 and allows the subject image to the observed by an ocular optical system through a hollow pentagonal mirror 4, and is equipped with an illuminating optical system which lights up the display part on a display plate arranged in the vicinity of the focus plate 2 through the hollow pentagonal mirror 4 from above the opening part of the hollow pentagonal mirror 4 on the side of the ocular optical system, so that reflected light from the illuminated display part is observed together with the subject light.
