LINKER FOR FEMORAL TRIAL AND TIBIAL RESECTOR IN KNEE ARTHROPLASTY

PURPOSE: A linker for femoral trial and tibial resector in knee arthroplasty are provided to recover and maintain an aligned state of a femur and a tibia in an artificial knee joint replacement surgery during a fracturing process of an operator. CONSTITUTION: A connection device(8) is combined with an artificial joint for test femur by a fixing screw. A rotator is installed at a hinge. A bar(11) is adhered to the rotator. A scale is marked on an upper end portion of the bar(11) in order to display the scale for measuring a fracturing interval. A stop groove(9) is formed at a side of the bar(11). A reference line and a division scale are formed on the hinge and the rotator in order to identify a refractive angle and a rotary angle. Pins are inserted into a couple of pin holes and one gradient hole by using an aligning device for femur after an operation for relaxing a soft tissue is performed. A fracturing process is performed by using a jig. One end portion of the connection device(8) is inserted to an artificial joint for test femur by using a fixing screw. The other end portion of the connection device(8) is connected with a tibia fracturing device. Two pins are inserted into the pin holes(3) of the tibia fracturing device. The fracturing process is performed by removing the connection device(8) and bending the knee joint after the pin is inserted into the gradient hole.
