PURPOSE: A data output circuit of a semiconductor memory device provided with a plurality of output pins is provided to minimize a data skew between data outputted through each of the data output pins. CONSTITUTION: A data output circuit(10) of a semiconductor memory device provided with a plurality of data output pins includes a number of output members(14_i) (i=1...n) for receiving one bit of data from data consisting of a plurality of bits and for outputting the received one bit of data to a corresponding data output pin among the data output pins. The output member(14_i) controls an output time of the data in response to a predetermined control signal. The output member(14_i) exists in each of the data output pins and the output time of the data in the output member(14_i) is controlled separately.
