PURPOSE: A makeup case with a melody output function is provided to automatically generate desired melody whenever a user opens a cover of the case, thus causing the interest of the user. CONSTITUTION: The makeup case with a melody output function comprises a body(10) having a storage container(12); a cover(20) connected with the body through a hinge(15), wherein the cover is provided with a hook(21) at the opposite side of the hinge, and the body is provided with a protrusion(11) to be engaged with the hook; an opening/closing button(30) for releasing the engagement of the hook and the protrusion; a puff case(40) containing a puff receiving space and a mirror, which is located between the body and the cover so that the one side is connected to the hinge and the other side is formed with a hook penetrating hole(41); and a melody output circuit part for automatically generating a certain melody as soon as the cover is opened.
